This little sweetheart just does not know how NOT to smile:)  Little “S” is ONE year old already!!!  And just a doll… she was first seen on my blog a year ago with her newborn photos (some of my faves) and I have had the pleasure of taking her photos at 4 and 8 months as well and I tell you, this little birthday girl is ALL smiles!!!  Take a peek:

Happy 1st Birthday!!!

Meet one of my oldest and dearest friends “J”  She has been patiently awaiting the arrival of their  first baby, and I am dying to meet her too!!  She left the BEAUTIFUL Colorado weather to brave the unforgiving summer heat here in AZ in June to have her belly photos take ~God bless her pregger soul!  Well she was a super trooper, and they came out beautifully.  I love you “J” and I can’t wait to come to Denver for the big arrival!

And I can’t forget to add recent pic of my little guy:) He is 2 months ALREADY!!! What? I wish I could freeze time and he’d always be this cuddly and sweet. Poor guy got his first set of immunizations the other day and you’d have thought I hadn’t gone through it with my older two… I nearly cried as hard as he did:( But he pulled through and did great. Still not sure what color his eyes are ~ maybe the grey will still turn blue:)  Hey, a girl can dream right?  Happy 8 weeks “B”

I mentioned I would be blogging some of the fun I had a few months back when I was in a pregnancy induced photographic frenzy… well here goes.  I met this little sweetheart nearly a year ago when she was still in mama’s tummy.  I have barely had time to blink my eyes and her first birthday is just around the corner!  And she has grown into quite the little cutie pie.  She was super smiley and just precious.  P.S.  Love the shoes mama!  If I knew I wouldn’t break my ankle, I would DEFINITELY partake in those heels. But for those of you that know me, you know I DEFINITELY break my ankle… maybe both of them… simultaneously!!!  Ha!

Holy smokes, my little guy is 6 WEEKS already???  I can’t believe this, where has time gone?  Oh yeah… I remember, on my couch feeding a baby:)  This little man might not look like it, but he can eat like a a banshee!  He is starting to smile a bit and it just melts my heart, take a peek.

Well I just wanted to give a little update on our happenings.  Along with hanging with my THREE sweeties, I will be dabbling in photography again soon:)  In the months before “B” was born I was a CRAZY pregnant photographer shooting multiple sessions per week and scrambling to get it all done before the bambino arrived.  Whew!  Well now that the dust is beginning to settle, I have a plethora of sessions to blog.  So over the next few weeks I will be blogging all those wonderful sessions that I shot before we hit the triple digits. And yes, I just used plethora in a sentence, and when I googled it to see if I spelled it right  - LOL! – I came across this video.  It just made me giggle, so I thought I’d share… LOVE this movie!

It’s a BOY !!!!!!

And daddy was so exhausted, I caught him taking a little cat nap in the hospital.

Our newest little man is super handsome if I do say so myself… I just LOVE his little chin, and he is pretty impressed with himself as well.

It just amazes me to see what nearly 10 months of pregnancy is capable of producing.  Even more amazing is how darn fast it is all over and you blink your eyes and these tiny fingers and toes turn into big old hand and feet that belong to little people with minds and ideas of their very own.  I am definitely enjoying this itty bitty baby phase that is so priceless.

I had some of my lovely and talented photographer friends come and help me capture this super tiny phase of my little “B’s ” life and I love the little props that they brought!  I have many more from the session to share, just not enough computer time to share them yet.  Be on the lookout for more of my little monkey soon.

This next shot is the brainchild of another one of my super photog friends and I.  I got in touch with the original owner of this AMAZING vintage pram and I jumped at the opportunity and snatched it up.  In talking with a good friend of mine that was going to help me take some pics of my little guy, she came up with the perfect location for our idea, and Viola!  Of course I love everything about this photo, especially the subject:)  But another thing that I love about this is the sense of history that this stroller has.  I could feel the connection that it’s owner had with it and the reluctance to selling such a great piece that has been in the family for so long and seen and strolled so many babies.  I can’t wait to stroll my little man around in this old gem and I hope to keep all the great  memories coming.  I am just positive that you will be seeing a lot more of it in the future.

A big thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart for helping our family with everything from photos to dinners and everything in between!  We are truly blessed with amazing family and friends and I just don’t know what we’d do without each and every one of you!

She has the most precious little dimples, I just love, love, love dimples!

It’s not very often that you get a 4 month old to sleep in the middle of a photo session, let alone outside of all places. But baby “A” was all tuckered out and decided to go ahead with her nap no matter what we had in mind. It was just too sweet and I couldn’t pass up a few shots of a sleeping angel.

Happy 4 months “A”, I absolutely can’t believe that it’s been this quick since I was taking your newborn photos, goodness sakes, how time flies! You can check out her newborn pics  HERE!

Last weekend I met up with a photographer friend of mine to have some photo fun with her brand new twin boys, and were they ever sweet!  She’s a pro, not only at photography, but as professional Mama too, this is her SECOND set of twins!  ”Say WHAT???”  Her girls just turned 3, how fun is that!?!  Anyway, the spotlight was on these guys and they were such good boys, not to mention handsome. One of my sweet newborn clients is officially not a little baby anymore! Little “S” is 8 months old now and full of smiles:) She was just the sweetest thing and not even close to being camera shy… as you can see…

I love how her little hands and feet are have the chunk dimples!

Is this not just the cutest little gerber baby! Allow me to introduce “A” she was so happy to come to AZ and get out of the chilly Utah weather, and I’m so glad she did.

Happy first birthday to this little sweetheart!  I was just so impressed with the perfectly joyful demeanor this little angel had despite her broken arm… such a joy to photograph and look at those bright blue peepers!
