This beautiful mama is weeks away from bringing home their second baby.  She was so calm and peaceful, I think this shot is perfect for her and her personality {and maybe even her little angel too}

And her little boy’s face below was just priceless ~ Such a fun kid!  It took him a while to warm up, but what a heartbreaker he will be!

My first complaint is… Why the heck can’t I look like this when I’m prego?

Meet one of my oldest and dearest friends “J”  She has been patiently awaiting the arrival of their  first baby, and I am dying to meet her too!!  She left the BEAUTIFUL Colorado weather to brave the unforgiving summer heat here in AZ in June to have her belly photos take ~God bless her pregger soul!  Well she was a super trooper, and they came out beautifully.  I love you “J” and I can’t wait to come to Denver for the big arrival!

And I can’t forget to add recent pic of my little guy:) He is 2 months ALREADY!!! What? I wish I could freeze time and he’d always be this cuddly and sweet. Poor guy got his first set of immunizations the other day and you’d have thought I hadn’t gone through it with my older two… I nearly cried as hard as he did:( But he pulled through and did great. Still not sure what color his eyes are ~ maybe the grey will still turn blue:)  Hey, a girl can dream right?  Happy 8 weeks “B”

Meet my most recent Mama to be “K”.  I am just so excited for her and her hubby, in this beautiful belly is their first baby and can’t wait to meet him!

This beautiful mama is about to be seriously outnumbered by her boys… again:) Meet the biggest bro, who was very handsome, not to mention such a great listener! I can tell already he will make a GREAT brother … again!

And here is little big bro, who decided to get in on the action. He is still thinking about the whole brother idea and listening thing, but with those devilishly good looks we’ll let him off the hook this time.

I can’t wait to meet your newest little dude next week, yeah… next week! Get ready for some new bellies and babies folks… It must be spring time.

This is a subject that is very near and dear to my heart right now. Some of you may know, but to those of you that don’t… My family is expecting a new baby this summer! Yup, number 3 for us – Weeeeeeee! We are super excited and my little “H” is practically coming out of her skin at the thought of being a big sister again. At 4 1/2 now she is well aware of what is going on and she is just beside herself with excitement:) She wants to know EVERYTHING! She asks constantly what is the baby doing? Tell me about your baby? Is your baby growing? It is such a huge difference to see her reaction to my son’s pregnacy when she was 2 vs. now that she is 4+.

Anyway, back to my post… This session was shot a couple months ago when this little sweetheart was patiently awaiting the birth of her new little sister. Big sis “C” was born prematurely at around 26 weeks and just over 1 lb. She perserviered through many months in the hospital as her tiny body worked to catch up to her inner strength. She is an amazing little girl with two amazing parents and now at 3 she is doing remarkably well. I had so much fun with this shoot and with mom making to her 3rd trimester, it needed to be documented to celebrate their second journey in pregnancy. Little sis “T” has since been born and I will be going to meet her for her very first photo session very soon (be on the lookout). But first, I wanted to celebrate big sisters excitement. Hello, I’m still alive! I have been having the best season and it’s coming to a close very soon, but I just couldn’t go one more day without posting some of the fun that I’ve been having.  So sit back, relax, grab a snack, maybe a cocktail and take a peek at what I’ve been so busy with.

Whew! Thanks for hangin’ in there for the mother of all posts. I am sooooo incredibly lucky and fortunate to have met all the lovely babies, children, pets and families that I had the pleasure of working with with season. Thank you all for making my year so wonderful by closing up the season on such a great note. I hope you are all enjoying your holiday cards which I can’t wait for you to send out and I hope to see you all in front of my camera again very soon! Have a great Thanksgiving and I am officially going to promise to be a better blogger. So I am going to rest up and get ready for my big debut as a cook. I am in charge of cooking one of the 2 turkeys for our family’s feast tomorrow and I’m praying that mine doesn’t resemble the Turkey from the movie Christmas Vacation when Clark Griswold begins to carve the beautiful bird just as it bursts open and steam fills the air with the charred remains of the holiday turkey. Lets all keep our fingers crossed!

Okay, that’s a lie. This would be their first baby:) I always seem to leave the family pets out of photos for some reason, but I couldn’t resist this little guy. I definitely hold a special place in my heart for wieners… besides, who could pass up the chance to add a wiener to any sentance. (hee hee!) This little pooch has no idea what he is in for!

And now I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of your new baby too. I’m so glad to have met you two and I can’t wait to meet her!

Doesn’t everyone want to pregnant with their best friend? How about their twin sister! Why not both? These two twinsies are good friends of mine from waaaay back. I’m so glad that they are prego together and that I got to get their matching bellies in front of my camera! I especially can’t wait to get those babies in front of my lens in a few weeks!!!

Little “P” has frequented my blog before and I just love him to pieces, he can’t wait to squeeze his new baby sis!
