The mother load…

June 14th, 2010 , Posted in babies, children, couples, family, newborn, personal, seniors | Comments (0)

So of course it’s been ages since my last post and I keep telling myself, “self, this will be the week I start posting every week”.  I literally have DOZENS of sessions to post and sadly I was looking through my BIG file of photos I’d like to post, but haven’t quite gotten to yet, and just realized it’s been OVER ONE YEAR for a couple of them!!!!  WHAT?!?!?  That is unacceptable!  I’m fired!  And the really sad part is that I probably wouldn’t have even noticed it, but this past weekend I just took one of my newborn baby clients ONE YEAR photos.  Akkkkk!

Having said that, I have given myself 20 lashings and a few hail Mary’s for my sins and I am ready to get going on 1 of what will probably end up as a 3-4 part MONSTER blog post.  Now I would love to write about each of these sessions because they are all so different and fun and ALL of my clients have truly been DA BEST, but really you just want to see the pics right?  Well here goes…

Oh, and sorry about all the watermarking at the bottom.

blog post one-1

And last but not least, a post would not be complete without one of my little sweethearts would it?  Here is my most recent FAVE of BIG Bruce – who just turned ONE by the way!  But that’s a whole other post… maybe part 5 to this posting saga.

This lovely senior was a blast to shoot! Not to mention her adorable little pooch. This is only part 1 or her session and I couldn’t be more excited to meet up with her again for part 2.

Better late than never

May 28th, 2008 , Posted in seniors | Comments (0)
Meet”M”  She turned me on to this location, which I LOVE!!!

This was a belated Senior shoot.  But wait, not just a week late … a year and a week late:)  But I’m so glad she decided to do it anyway!

“M” is interested in the photog business so I was really excited that she chose me to do her photos. I rambled on and on about anything and everything that I thought might be helpful for her to know.  All the… “I wish someone had told me some of this stuff a while back”  stuff.  I tend to talk WAY too much, so it may have been in vain, but I sure had a great time ranting!  Thanks for indulging my ego “M”.

Love that grin

I had a great time”M” I’m glad you went for the belated shoot.  See you soon

This is so fun… Sorry guys, I couldn’t help myself!
These are a few shots that I took about 2 years ago – you may recognize them from my website.

I just love these kids, they were a blast to photograph

Okay…  now fast forward to today…

What the HECK?!?  they are practically adults now!

But more beautiful than ever…

And more grown up than I can believe…

… Still a blast to photography, you guys were awesome!  Congrats on graduation “K”

School’s Out!

April 30th, 2008 , Posted in seniors | Comments (0)

Summer is almost here, and all you seniors getting ready to graduate
 WOOO HOOO! Congrats.

This beautiful senior is “S” – she was a great sport and trusted me with this location!  A bit different, but very fun.  In addition to trusting the location, she was nice enough to trust my experience with seniors as well.  As much as I absolutely LOVE to capture children and babies at play and rambunctious as ever, it’s very refreshing to photo an eager and willing (not to mention stunning) subject!

Thanks for going out on a limb with me “S”!  You are just adorable!

Seeing as though it’s crunch time for you seniors, you know who you are! I would love to continue building my senior portfolio, so I am offering a special for the entire month of May for senior portraits.  Mention this post and book your senior session during May for $75 and receive %20 off prints. Also, if purchased the day of your session, receive your high resolution disc with entire web gallery for a price of $150

Class of 08′ ROCKS!

April 26th, 2008 , Posted in seniors | Comments (1)

A little peek at today’s senior shoot.  I tried a new location and I was pleasantly surprised, Some place I’ve driven by a million times, but never considered a Photo opp.  I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and I’m lovin’ it!!

A bit dramatic, I know but I had fun playing with this one!

Such a sweetie!  This is my second senior shoot and I have to admit I was a bit nervous, but we had a great time and I’m so excited with the turn out!  Of course, it had nothing to do with my subject “K ” being drop dead gorgeous:)

Thanks “K”  you rock!
